Meet our Certified Home Inspector- Cody Kempker. 

Cody is a born and raised Osage County local.  He has voluntarily served his community since he was 16 years old when he joined the Linn Fire Protection District- the same district he currently serves on as a lieutenant. He was awarded Distinguished Officer of the Year in 2024. Graduated college at Rolla Technical Institute with is degree in Fire Science in 2010 while he served on the St. James Fire Protection District from 2009-2015. In the summer of 2015 he met his, now, wife and business partner, Jerica Kempker. 

 

Jerica is a retired combat veteran with over 18 years in the Army and the mother of their 3 daughters. She Deployed to Afghanistan during Operation Enduring Freedom, served on numerous State of Emergencies in Missouri, and was the first woman to hold the position of Artillery Repairer in the state.
